Rate of Interest will be 11 % per annum.
No Handling Charges.
Processing Fees as per Societies rule.

3Eligibility:

Salaried Individual, having a regular monthly income of Rs.20,000+ minimum.
Businessmen.
Self – Employed.
Professionals having regular source of income.
Age Between: 18 to 55 years.

4Documentation & Security:

In case of new customer, applicant & guarantors need to open savings / current account.
Income Proof of Applicant & Guarantors.
Residential Proof of Applicant & Guarantors.
PAN Card of Applicant & Guarantors.
KYC of Applicant & Guarantors.
3 years of ITR.
Property documents.
Employer (salary slip of 3 months) and income verification.
Two Acceptable Guarantors.

5Share Holdings:

Applicant should be regular member of the Society.
2% linking share will be deducted from the loan amount.
